  • Amanda Morin

    Amanda Morin is a senior originally from Andover, Massachusetts. She is studying Medicine, Health, and Society and Human and Organizational Development with a minor in Business. She is most interested in the business side of healthcare, specifically in the women’s healthcare space working to promote reproductive health justice and accessibility. She has experience in the FemTech startup industry and global health field. A fun fact about her is that she is a hot yoga enthusiast and plans on receiving her teacher training post-grad!

  • Rebecca DeBenedictis

    Rebecca DeBenedictis is a senior from outside of Boston, MA. She is studying HOD with a minor in CS. Outside of WIB, she has been involved in Vanderbilt Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations (SCNO), served as the VP of Finance for Women in Computing, Consulting Academy and TAMID. Professionally, she has experiences in venture capital and consulting, and will be starting full time as an associate consultant at Mastercard in NYC next August. Fun fact: She loves to travel and has lived/worked in three different countries throughout her time at Vanderbilt!

  • Ashley Aaron

    Ashley Aaron is a senior originally from Atlanta, Georgia. She is majoring in Public Policy and minoring in Economics and Anthropology. In her WiB tenure, Ashley served on the Externship committee and ultimately became Vice President of the program, placing record numbers of externs with companies in Nashville and beyond. Professionally, Ashley is interested in a career in public service; her previous internship include working at the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Salt Lake City Council and have led her to volunteering at a prison in Nashville. Beyond her academic and professional interests, Ashley loves to cook and even started her own meal delivery business this past summer.

  • Rebecca Brown

    Rebecca Brown is a Senior studying Human and Organizational Development and Gender Studies with a business minor. She is from Northfield, NJ and has loved growing up by the shore. She joined WiB as a freshman and has served as the VP of team management. She is now a passionate member of the senior board and is excited to mentor other WiBbers! Her professional experiences include human resources and wealth management. Fun fact: She also served as the president of the Vanderbilt Innovation and Entrepreneurship Society!

  • Chloe Weissman

    Chloe Weissman is a Senior originally from Westchester, NY. She is studying Human and Organizational Development with a minor in Business. Professionally, she will be working in Investment Banking within Bank of America's Consumer & Retail Group in NYC. Fun fact: She has been skydiving in Sydney, Australia!

  • Dani Cumming

    Dani Cumming is a Senior from Dallas, TX. She is majoring in Economics and minoring in Business and History of Art. This past summer she worked as a US Consumer Services Marketing Intern at American Express, specifically under American Express's Global Dining Network, Resy, and plans to return for a full-time role in the fall of 2025. She loves to try new restaurants, so working at Resy definitely fueled that passion.

  • Jackie Riordan

    Jackie Riordan is a senior from Bronxville, NY. She is studying Human & Organizational Development with a minor in Business. As Vice President of the Mentorship Committee, she is passionate about fostering meaningful connections and providing opportunities for female students to build their professional skills. Jackie has experience in investment banking and will return to her firm as a full-time analyst after graduation. She is also deeply committed to social entrepreneurship, inspired by her work with Thistle Farms. Fun fact: She loves hot sauce and always has a mini bottle of Franks Red Hot in her backpack!

  • Nandika Chirala

    Nandika Chirala is a senior from Frisco, TX majoring in Math and Economics and minoring in Computer Science and Violin Performance. After graduation, Nandika will be doing consulting full-time at BCG in Dallas, and in two years, plans to start her PhD in Economics. She has previous experience working as a Strategy & Product intern at Jane Street, doing independent research with VUSRP, and being a TA for Game Theory. Nandika's research interests include theoretical microeconomics, game theory, and behavioral economics. Outside of school and WiB, Nandika loves playing violin in VCO and ranking restaurants on Beli!

  • Ana Key

    Ana Key is a senior originally from Caracas, Venezuela, studying Mathematics and French with a minor in Business. Her experience varies across fields with experience in the startup world at the Wond’ry and in consulting work through the Owen Business School. Ana will be working in Sales and Trading in New York post grad after completing two related internships. Fun fact: She summited Mount Kilimanjaro in June 2023 (her sophomore year summer).

Ameya Rekapalli

Ameya Rekapalli is a Senior Cornelius Vanderbilt Scholar originally from Atlanta, GA. She is studying Human and Organizational Development with a minor in Business and has a passion for exploring the intersection of business and behavioral consulting. During her time in WiB, Ameya has been part of the Career Services team and has supported peers in building their professional journeys. Professionally, she has experiences in People Consulting and Entertainment Marketing and will be starting full time in EY’s People Consulting practice in New York after graduation. Fun fact: She loves to explore new countries and cultures and is bilingual herself!
